Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Small office located in Dover NH is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a role that offers a great deal of variety in a busy, faced paced office.
Responsibilities of this role:
Greeting walk-in traffic
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and text
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements of a Part-Time Administrative Assistant:
Oral and Written Communication Skills
Computer literacy-Microsoft Suite preferred
Professionalism and Diplomacy
Organizational, planning and time management skills
The hours for this position are M-F 3 pm-5:30 pm, starting pay is $12.00.
