Leddy Group is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Hampstead, NH.
Responsibilities of this role:
Answering phone calls from customers and providing service based on their needs.
Generating Invoices & taking Payments
Processing online orders
Issuing return authorizations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
Knowledge or experience with motorsports
Previous Customer Service experience
Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus
Adaptive to Change, Self-motivated and able to Multi-task
This is a Full-time, 9 am - 5 pm position and pay is $13-16/hr depending on experience.
