Under direct supervision of designated supervisor, perform the tasks necessary for the preparation and production of food. Prepare and cook menu item foods such as appetizers, salads, entrees, appropriate sides and sauces according to standardized recipes and timing criteria. Follow mise en place for saute station. Help prepare and cook buffets and banquet service. Responsible for sanitation and cleanliness of station and kitchen environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holiday. Ability to work with the public as needed.
